| You can ask for a free initial consultation using our Free Business Consulting service. For the preparation of the review report and loan proposal on your behalf, a professional fee of $300 will be charged. An invoice will be sent to you via email for your payment. |

| If you choose to use our commercial loan brokerage service, a brokerage agreement will be sent to you for your review and execution. We do not charge up-front fees (i.e. no application fee, $300 review fee, or any other fees), and our brokerage fee will be due only at the successful closing of the loan with a lender. You will find that our brokerage fee is very reasonable compared with the industry norm. Please Contact Us if you have any questions about the brokerage process or fee structure. |
